Who We Are

Franmax Inc. is the successor company to Choice Corporation which was founded by Roger Noble in 1996. Mr. Noble has a legal background and moved into a career in the Hospitality Real Estate Industry 29 years ago. Through this period he witnessed the continued growth of the franchise sector and the opportunities and problems associated with it. One opportunity was the steady rise of the resale market across Canada. Franchisors are already too busy with the concerns of growing their businesses and supporting their franchisees to be able to devote the necessary time and attention to assisting their franchisees in reselling their enterprises.

We are a Business Broker that is a licensed Brokerage under the provisions of the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act (as administered by The Real Estate Council of Ontario - R.E.C.C.O) and maintain membership in the:
